Swiss Pristine is the controller of the personal data collected through this website, within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, within the meaning of that regulation.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you provide to us voluntarily, together with the technical data strictly necessary for the website to function.

  • Contact form: name, email address, telephone number, subject and content of your message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of access, recorded in the server logs.
  • Cookies: see section 6.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your enquiries — based on your explicit request and on our legitimate interest in replying to you.
  • Preparing a quote or a service — necessary for pre-contractual measures.
  • Security and proper functioning of the site — legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure.
  • Audience measurement — only with your prior consent.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland. Data is stored on servers located in Switzerland. Infomaniak acts as a processor and does not use this data for its own purposes.

5. Retention periods

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived for a maximum of three years from the last contact. Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months. Data relating to invoiced services is kept for ten years, in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations.

6. Cookies

Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are set without consent. Any other cookie — audience measurement, third-party content — is set only after you agree, through our consent banner. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time from that banner, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on external providers that may process technical data:

  • Google (audience measurement and webmaster tools) — enabled only with your consent.
  • Google Maps — the map loads only with your consent.
  • WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us through this channel, the conversation is governed by that service’s privacy policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, or, if the GDPR applies to you, with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

The site is accessible exclusively over HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
